COVID-19 safety protocols

 

  • Masks are mandatory at all times except when eating, drinking or seated at your table this includes all guests and vendors.
  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available at multiple high traffic areas in event space.
  • In addition to rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning procedures and have put in place additional measures to enhance our disinfection protocol in public areas.
  • Hotel now offers convenient digital check-in and checkout, so you can come and go with greater ease, and stay focused on your real priority—making the most of your stay.
  • Visit Revival for Evening Social Hour which will now offer an opportunity to unwind and relax over a glass of wine or a cold beer in the comfort of your room if you choose. Visit the front desk for additional details.​​​​​
  • Kimpton bikes are available on a first come first served basis and will have an additional layer of disinfection with the guest present prior to bike check out.
  • Robes for use during your stay are available upon request.
  • In-room Spa Services have been suspended.
  • The fitness center is open with social distancing guidelines.
  • Our pool is open. To maximize access while maintaining distancing guidelines, availability is limited. It is first come first serve.
  • In-room dining is not currently available.
  • To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay. Towels and trash pick-up are available upon request please text or call the front desk. 
  • We have removed certain guest room items (think throw pillows, pens/paper, books and robes) as a precautionary measure or in some cases made changes to other in room amenities.
  • All common areas and shared equipment will be disinfected at frequent intervals. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout all common spaces.
  • Where possible, physical distancing floor markers will be placed at six-foot intervals in the front desk, living room and lobby area.
  • Close-contact areas, such as the front desk, will have an additional layer of protection provided by plexiglass partitions.
  • All common-area furnishings will be rearranged and/or reduced to support physical distancing, and some communal items like newspapers, water stations, and kids’ toy chests will be temporarily removed.
  • All private event hosts must maintain a list of all guests in attendance including phone number, addresses and expected location 14 days after the event.
